Ingredients

Yves Veggie Cuisine® Veggie Dogs
1 Mango, chopped
1 Jicama bulb, peeled and chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
2 limes, juiced
1/4 cup agave
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
BBQ sauce

Directions

  1. Grill up a pack of Yves Veggie Cuisine® Veggie Dogs.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl to make the salsa.
  3. Serve Veggie Dogs in buns, topped with salsa and your favorite BBQ sauce!
